Based in Orange County California, Adventureish Consulting, LLC is an Executive in Residence for several startup, midsize, and growing businesses. As a part time CFO/COO/CEO to founders of businesses, I help companies and their executive management team develop, grow, and streamline their business processes, operations and people. And sometimes even stay on to handle the financials. As a Controller and Staff Accountant for 17+ years at businesses that grew from startup, to IPO, and/or great growth, my background is varied but important to a founder or executive who is feeling their way through a new and burgeoning business. I work to alleviate stresses occurring within a growing enterprise and put systems and processes in place that I have found to be useful in my years at startups like Volcom, Obey, Jupiter's Motorcycles, and through the founding of my own two entrepreneurial startups founded in the mid 2000s.
