Writing a business plan can be a daunting endeavor. That’s where we come in. Whether you need a long form 40+ page detailed business plan written out, or an executive summary with a simple budget that succinctly gets your business idea across, we can help.
Or you are ready, and have capital, and your business model all ready to go, but not sure where to begin with setting up your business: hiring people, getting proper insurance, setting up your business license, your sales tax enrollment, proper accounting and/or production software, payroll or contract/1099 worker's compliance, etc... we can also help walk you through these start-up business questions.
In this latter scenario, the ramp up to get a business setup, software implemented, and then automate and streamline any and all possible work processes, will be costly during this initial setup phase; because it's all new and has to be created from scratch. But once the setup is complete, after the first few months it takes to get all up and running, the time needed to take care of daily/monthly work processes goes down considerably, and so the cost will as well. We want to achieve this obsoleting pattern, to bring costs down, and in-line with what it will normally cost to run your business day to day. This is part of the value, knowledge, and background, we want to bring to the client on a consistent basis.

Day to day, and/or month to month bookkeeping and accounting to keep your books current, and your financials up to date, we can handle this for you. This can include a detailed daily/weekly format, where we are given access to your software system and AP and AR entry is taken care of, as well as paying of bills to vendors as necessary, reconciliation of sales to revenue, and reconciliation of bank and credit card statements. This usually falls in line with our Start-Up Consulting service. And if fully automated or taken in-house, after we train your staff, the following service scenario can also be a possibility.
Or we can be more hands off, and just provide a high level format scenario, where we just walk you through the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, budget vs. actuals, etc... on a monthly basis, to help you get a clear view of how your business is doing.

We have had the opportunity to go through several ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system software implementations for Apparel companies, Beverage companies, service related companies such as Law Firms and PR/Advertising/Marketing companies.
This service can be provided in several different formats, based on the client need: 1) Finding, leading, and implementing the software system to be put in place. 2) Assisting the software provider's implementation team to communicate with the client and their in-house team, to make sure we implement the software to meet the needs of the client and how they will use the software, including work processes in the software and how to use it once live, and that the chart of accounts, accounting, and other aspects of the software, are set up correctly. 3) Software has been implemented, and is live, but we train the client's in-house team/employees on proper practices of using the software, and how to utilize it. In other words how to do data entry in the system, in which order, reports to run, how best to use the software to get the most out of it, etc...
